Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Novatorika website and access provided through it. Novatorika means the administration of the website. Questions and requests can be sent to info@novatorika.com.
1. Using the service
A parent or guardian manages access for a child and chooses suitable activities. Educational materials are provided for personal and family use. They do not promise a particular learning result or replace school, professional advice or adult supervision.
2. Accounts
Use only access issued to you. Keep your password private, sign out on shared devices and contact Novatorika if you suspect someone else has entered your account. Do not try to access another family’s information or bypass access controls.
3. Waiting list
Leaving contact details records your interest in access. It does not create a learning account, guarantee an invitation date or commit you to a purchase. Use contact details that belong to you and follow the Privacy Policy when submitting them.
4. Materials and permitted use
You may use the materials through the website for the purpose for which access is provided. You may not redistribute protected materials, present them as your own product, disrupt the service or use automated requests to obtain private information. Rights granted by mandatory law are unaffected.
5. Availability and charges
Activities and technical features may change, and maintenance may interrupt access. Any paid offer must show its price and payment conditions before purchase. Submitting a contact or using the waiting list does not create a paid subscription or authorise recurring charges.
6. Requests and disagreements
Contact info@novatorika.com with the relevant account or contact detail and a description of the issue. Novatorika will review the request. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
7. Updates
The current terms and their revision date are available on this page. Material changes to access conditions are communicated through the service or the contact channel concerned; additional consent is requested when required.
