Privacy policy
This policy explains how Novatorika handles information when you visit the website, leave contact details or use an account. In this document, Novatorika means the administration of the website. You can contact us at info@novatorika.com.
1. Contact details
When you join the waiting list, you provide either an email address or a Telegram username. We also keep the language of the form, its submission time, your consent and any activity preferences you choose. Please use a parent’s or guardian’s contact details, rather than a child’s.
2. Why we use them
We use the contact you provide to tell you when registration opens and to respond to requests about your entry. Joining the list does not subscribe you to unrelated advertising. You can withdraw your consent by writing to info@novatorika.com.
3. Accounts and learning activities
For an account, we process sign-in information, session identifiers, settings and learning progress so that activities can continue between visits. Passwords are checked on the server and are not included in public pages.
4. Spoken answers
A spoken-answer task records audio only after you start recording and grant microphone permission. Audio is processed on a Novatorika server. When the task uses external speech checking, the recording is also sent to OpenAI and may be saved in protected storage for reviewing the result. The recording screen explains the active mode before recording begins. An adult decides whether to use this feature with a child.
5. Technical information
The Novatorika server processes request information, including IP addresses, request times, browser details and errors. We use it to deliver pages, protect access and investigate failures. Contacts, account records and learning progress are stored on the server. Speech processing uses the services described above.
6. Access to information
Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to operate the relevant feature, handle your request or protect the service. Contact details are not published or sold. Information may also be disclosed when a binding legal obligation requires it.
7. Storage and deletion
Waiting-list details are kept while they are needed to handle your request for access, or until you ask us to remove them. Account information is kept while the account is in use; records required to resolve a request, protect the service or meet a legal obligation may be retained for that purpose. Removal from active systems and expiry from protected backups may take place at different times.
8. Your requests
Write to info@novatorika.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct a contact detail, withdraw consent or request deletion. Include the contact or account concerned. We may ask you to confirm that it belongs to you before changing or disclosing information.
9. Changes
The current policy is published on this page with its revision date. If we introduce a new purpose or optional processing that requires permission, we ask for that permission separately. Necessary website storage is described in the Cookies document.
